At Boost Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your device is in like-new condition with no physical or liquid damage and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- 2.Request Return Authorization
Contact our Customer Care team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required to process your refund and track your shipment.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box, clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package, and use a trackable shipping method to send it back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset status, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
